ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the increasing actively managed funds of Vanguard Group as an investment portfolio. He says that Vanguard Group aims at the efficient market theory in which active funds are executed at a reasonable price. The author adds that Vanguard's actively managed funds are superior as compared to the outperforming index funds.
