ABSTRACT
The article presents a research which examines the effectiveness of computerised cognitive behaviour therapy (cCBT) in treating depression. It is reported that, the main advantages of cCBT compared to conventional CBT includes, capacity to deliver structured input consistently with precision, low cost, and easy accessibility. According to the research, results from the meta-review procedure supports the efficacy of cCBT for treatment of depression.
