ABSTRACT
The article presents the papers "A Preliminary Investigation of the Predilection for Adaptive Behavior and Sales Success," by Charles D. Bodkin, edited by Kenneth D. Bahn, "Electronic Training May Be in Your Future," by Al Urbanski and "Selling Today," The first paper examines the relationship between self-consciousness and two different performance measurements. The first study in the second paper focuses on customer similarities across the retail environments of specialty stores, while the second study trends and challenges under the topic. The third paper analyzes the use of video-technology for on-site sales training.
