ABSTRACT
The article presents a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis on fitness product designer and producer Nautilus. The company has its main office in Vancouver, Washington and hires 330 workers, where its income reached to 168.5 million dollars as of December 2010 by a 11 percent decline from its 2009 level. Nautilus creates and sells its products under various fitness brands including Schwinn Fitness, Universal and Bowflex.
