ABSTRACT
The article focuses on political campaigns for parliamentary elections in Poland to be held on October 9, 2011. It states that change in election laws has removed a ban on political advertisements on commercial television (TV) and radio, and use of Internet has increased in campaigns. It further states that funding for campaigns is subsidized by the state, but money donated by individuals would be a major source for funds in this election.
