Time Warner Cable Widens Rollout of Low-Priced Packages

The article reports on the expansion of Time Warner Cable Inc. of its rollout of TV Essential package in the market throughout the country. Rob Marcus, Time Warner's chief operating officer, says that the rollout will concentrate first in the Middle East and then spread out to the West Coast. It states that Time Warner's testing of the package started in New York City and Ohio in 2010 offering over 40 channels including AMC, CNN, and MTV, which results to sufficient package subscribers.
