ABSTRACT
The article reports that Rovi Corporation has teamed up with Broadcom Corp. to integrate its DivX Plus Streaming technology into Broadcom's System-on-a-Chip (SoC) platforms for set-top boxes and connected digital televisions (TVs). Information on the video resolution and capabilities of DivX Plus Streaming is also provided. According to Aidan O'Rourke of Broadcom, DivX Plus Streaming provides high-quality entertainment to subscribers.
