ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the evolution of onsite primary health care facilities in the U.S. According to Stuart Clark of Comprehensive Health Services Inc. in Reston, Virginia, the quality of medical services offered in onsite clinic is high due to the up-to-date clinical practice guidelines and protocols proposed by the company. Meanwhile, wellness programs are being implemented by some provinces in Canada to encourage employers to adopt the onsite health clinic initiatives.
