ABSTRACT
This article reports on the acquisition of CoaLogix Inc. by Energy Capital Partners (CEP) in 2011. The private equity firm will pay 101 million U.S. dollars for the subsidiary of Acorn Energy Inc. UBS Investment Bank served as the advisor of CoaLogix throughout the sale process. Meanwhile, Merriman Capital Inc. advised Acorn in the deal.
