Hertz and Donlen in $930M Deal

This article reports on an offer from Hertz Global Holdings Inc. to acquire car, truck and equipment leasing company Donlen Corp. in 2011. Hertz purchased the business for 250 million U.S. dollars. Barclays Capital has been appointed by Hertz to manage the offer. Lazard, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities also serve as advisers of Hertzs on the transaction.
