ABSTRACT
This study is designed to find out the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance with the mediating impact of organizational citizenship behavior. This study reviews that to what extent the OCB increases and decreases the organizational commitment and how this will effect on employee performance, and explores the relationship between the two variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data has been collected through questionnaire from different public sector organizations in organizations in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Our results show that there is a positive relation between the job satisfaction and organizational commitment with the employee performance.
