ABSTRACT
The article reports that the board of Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP) will hold a meeting to consider the ousting of HP chief executive officer (CEO) Leo Apotheker. It says that Apotheker has made several changes to the strategy of the company such as discontinuing the production of its tablet computers, planning to pay 10.3 billion dollars for Autonomy, and potentially spinning off its personal computer (PC) business. Meg Whitman is considered as Apotheker's possible replacement.
