ABSTRACT
The article reports on the emergence of video chat medicine or online consultations in the U.S. Global Telemedicine Group's president Jay Sanders mentions that through online consultations, patients can save transportation costs. However, the use of online medicine brought worries to New York University School of Medicine's associate professor Danielle Ofri, who believes that the full picture of a patient's health was not viewed by online doctors.
