ABSTRACT
The article reports on the importance of creating an efficient fiduciary process to ensure compliance and documentation and streamline financial planning operations in the U.S. It states that an effective practice-centered fiduciary process will require more effort but will pay huge dividends in quality and functionality. Therefore, it suggests taking time to review fiduciary framework to determine the steps, goals, and outcomes of the said process and establishing a more detailed system and procedures to improve productivity and profitability. It also notes the tools necessary for the implementation of fiduciary process.
