ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's view on the importance of employee motivation and compensation highlighting the best practices to build effective and committed teams in the financial planning industry U.S. It states that autonomy, mastery, and purpose (AMP) are the factors that motivate people in the 21st century and that time and fair compensation may also be significant in motivating workers to become committed in their work. It also mentions the importance of investing in technology that increases work performance and productivity and engaging teams in making positive difference for their clients.
