ABSTRACT
The article presents a reprint of the article "American Hybridizer: Pete & Kay Taylor," by Ed Griffith, which appeared in the 1997 American Rose Annual. Pete and Kay Taylor started the hybridizing process in their back yard, cultivating seedlings including "Heather Leigh," "Chelsea Belle," and "Fairhope," a light yellow miniature rose that received a perfect 10 rating from the members of the American Rose Society (ARS), under the Roses in Review program.
