ABSTRACT
The article offers updates on the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-377) which was signed by the U.S. President Barrack Obama on January 4, 2011. It states that the bill provides full tuition fees to all public school in-state students in which a 17,500 U.S. dollars tuition fees are allotted to students attending private and foreign institutions. It says that effective on October 1, 2011students can use the bill for noncollege degree (NCD) and flight programs.
