The author offers advise for homeowners on how to reduce their water heating costs, which is the second biggest expenditure behind cooling and heating in the U.S. He notes that there are newer technologies available in the marketplace that enable household to cut the costs. He states that solar thermal water heating is considered as the utmost green solution in water heating.
