Heating/Piping/Air Conditioning Engineering;Aug2011, Vol. 83 Issue 8, p18
The article focuses on the installation of a TECOCHILL STx natural-gas-engine-driven chiller by Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) in its Loeb Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. It notes that the installation was made possible through the 15-million-dollar grant from Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the 10-million-dollar grant from Massachusetts Life Sciences Center. It adds that the chiller, which was provided by Tecogen, will help MBL reduce its energy consumption and costs.
