ABSTRACT
The article reports on a study conducted by G.M. Felker and colleagues, focusing on the effects of bolus and continuous/high-dose and low-dose diuretics on symptoms and renal function in acute, decompensated heart failure (HF). The study concluded that in adults with acute, decompensated HF, bolus compared with continuous infusion of diuretics had similar effects on symptoms and creatinine levels.
