The article focuses on the difference among a leader, a manager and a boss. It discusses the distinct role of the three, as well as their weaknesses and strong points. It highlights several guidelines in avoiding overlapping of duties and responsibilities of among the three including a leader must not be too smart, refrain from relying common knowledge, and application of self reflection.
