ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the challenges faced by Federation of Afro-Asian Insurers and Reinsurers (FAIR) Aviation Pool in Morocco. It provides an overview of the company's objective which is to provide aviation capacity to the region and retain its maximum premium. It also adds that it empower South-South relationship among insurance and reinsurance companies to create self-sufficiency. The challenges include political turbulence, higher fuel prices and soft market conditions are also discussed.
