ABSTRACT
The article offers information on various technologies utilized by several insurance companies in Asia. In Vietnam, Manulife Vietnam partnered with Women Union, allows customers to use their mobile phones to pay their monthly premiums through a text message. In India, Iffco-Tokio General Insurance implemented a radio-frequency identification device that transmits its identification number. Another refers to Bank OCBC NISP in Indonesia credited money to customers with dengue fever.
