ABSTRACT
The article presents an analysis on how to build brand recognition to small business and creating awareness and appreciation of the value of insurance protection in Asia. The author is critical on the statement of Eric Hui, Deputy Manager at Zurich Insurance Group, regarding using appropriate and variable insurance arrangement is required for small business of different trades and operations. It emphasizes the need to have industry expertise and efficiency when choosing insurance provider.
