ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study by Zi-wen Peng and colleagues conducted to evaluate the psychometric properties of a Chinese version of the Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised (OCI-R) scale. The Chinese version of OCI-R was designed to measure the severity of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)symptoms in both clinical and non-clinical samples. The results indicate that it is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring OCD symptoms in the Chinese context.
