ABSTRACT

The article reports that garbage truck makers are combating the economic downturn. Jim Rogers, vice president of sales and marketing at EZ Park said that most suppliers improving, but other body builders are pointing chassis producers as the main cause of lag. Several vendors said their largest customers are buying two-thirds the inventory they ordered before the downturn.
