The article reports on the plan of rubber compounder and product manufacturer AirBoss of America Corp. to open two facilities, one in Raleigh, North Carolina for compound development, and another in Quebec for product development. As stated, the Quebec facility is meant for the development of defense products in association with government entities. It mentions that a good financial performance in 2010 and the first quarter of 2011 led the decision to expand its development operations.
