ABSTRACT
The article focuses on bullying in schools. It cites the importance of knowing that bullying is not a civil wrong or a criminal offence and it does not fit into a legal framework. It cites the exacerbation of problems with cyber-bullying through modern technologies such as texting, email and Facebook. It notes relevant wrongs committed in the context of bullying including breach of statutory duty, negligence and assault.
