A group of 200 U.S. citizens is trying to reclaim $70 billion owed to U.S. taxpayers by the Chinese government in the form of bonds issued by China between 1911 and 1942. They have formed the American Bondholders Foundation, located in Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue their claims. The American Bondholders Foundation think that they can pursue their claims.
