ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the compilation of the collection of comics by John Bell, a historian, archivist and collector, as well as, a curator of the Canadian Museum of Caricature, at Library and Archives Canada. It mentions that 80 percent of the Bell Features collection was acquired after an exhibition in 1970s. It states that one of the most valuable is the collection of zines and independent comics published from 1960s to 1990s.
