The article focuses on the Jewish Society for the Encouragement of the Fine Arts (Żydowskie Towarzystwo Krzewienia Sztuk Pięknych (ŻTKSP) established in Warsaw, Poland in 1923. It mentions that the society had been known as the Committee for Jewish Arts, the most important and largest Jewish artistic institution in the interwar period that assembled public exhibitions. The society supported Jewish national art and organized exhibitions of artists favorable toward Zionism.
