The article presents information on Tim DeChristopher, who was sentenced to two years in prison for violation of the Federal Onshore Oil and Gas Leasing Reform Act as well as making false statements in the U.S. Tim was never allowed to tell his story for committing civil disobedience and was cast as an imposter. He was cast as an imposter for committing civil disobedience for standing up to expose corruption among industry and government.
