The author offers insights for companies on making strategy execution as their core competency to achieve success. She describes the four core elements of a strategic plan, namely, assessing, defining, futuring and planning. She explains the importance of enhancing the manager/employee relationship to break through the so-called strexecution point. She tackles the three phases of effective execution, namely, executing, monitoring and evaluating.
