U.S. Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Case in Which ACA Filed Amicus Brief; ACA Submits Separate Amicus to Supreme Court on Contingency Fees

The article reports on the Amicus and Legal Tracking System program of the American Coatings Association (ACA) that allows ACA to select court cases in which it files amicus brief to show support for issues that has an impact on the coatings industry in the U.S. It discusses the involvement of ACA in two U.S. Supreme Court cases including the American Electric Power v. Connecticut and Atlantic Richfield v. County of Santa Clara. It notes that ACA filed a Writ of Certiori in both cases.
