ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the evolution of golf course foods in several golf resorts in Northern California. The Monterey Peninsula Country Club (MPCC) completes a 2.8 million dollars renovation and expansion of its clubhouse kitchen and improvements to other food and beverage facilities. According to MPCC's general manager Michael Bowhay, the club needs to be all things to all people. Moreover, other clubs are updating their food like the Palo Alto Municpal Golf Course.
