ABSTRACT
The article discusses the need for employers, particularly in Great Britain, to develop strategies that will offer flexibility to meet the specific needs of their employees. The presence of multi-generational workforce, including the so called baby boomers, generation X and generation Y, should compel employers to devise schemes to cater to their needs. It cites as possible solution the so called individual savings accounts (ISA).
