ABSTRACT
The article discusses trends on selling bottled water in restaurants. It describes the ups and downs of selling bottled water in restaurants. According to the International Bottled Water Association, bottled water consumption rose by 3.5 percent in 2010 while the beverage market share of water increased to 30 percent. Some green initiatives of water companies are discussed, including Coca-Cola Foundation's 12 million U.S. dollars grant to water stewardship projects.
