ABSTRACT
The article reports on the relocation of Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Illinois which provided the food and nutrition department an opportunity to rebrand its retail program. Details of how Dave Reeves, director of hospitality services, and the marketing team created the brand for the hospital's Wildflower Cafe are provided. Some features of the cafe are a deli bar, brick oven, salad bar and wok station.
