Armijo II, New Mexico Manufacturing Extension Partnership project manager, defines procurement and why it is important, and details the first article inspection report (FAIR) as vendor testing tools. It notes that Armijo was in manufacturing for 30 years, ran companies in China and Europe and was involved in import/export.
