ABSTRACT
The article dicsusses the important factors that Human Resource (HR) departments should have so they can deal with compliance issues and employee lifecycle. It says that right technologies should be available to help them address issues like rapid changes and diversity of pressures. Furthermore, integration of HR system with other business applications including timesheets, expenses, and document management should also be considered. It states that the department must increase its flexibility.
