ABSTRACT
The article reports on the reliable performance collected by Benson heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) at combined cycle power plants, particularly at Pego Power Plant in Portugal. It provides an overview of the measurement data from Pego, along with the results of analysis performed for representative load points. It notes the confirmation given by the analysis from the Pego combined plant on the behavior of evaporators within the design assumptions.
