ABSTRACT
The article discusses a study which observed whether a pharmacist-physician collaborative model of hypertension management improves 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure (BP) in patients with uncontrolled hypertension. The study was conducted by researcher C.A. Weber and his colleagues and was published in a 2010 issue of the "Archives of Internal Medicine." The study found that the model improved 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure more than usual care.
