ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a study, which examines the impact of a single dose of a polyphenol-rich beverage (PRB), on serum anti-inflammatory and antioxidant markers. Phytochemical analyses of PRB, and in vitro antioxidant capacity, were also performed in the study. It is stated that significant changes in several blood biomarkers were produced by PRB, regarding antioxidant/anti-inflammatory effects.
