ABSTRACT
The article presents surveillance data for West Nile virus (WNV) disease and other arboviral diseases in the U.S. in 2010 reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The highest incidence of WNV disease were reported by the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Nebraska and Colorado. Other neuroinvasive arboviral disease reported during the year include California serogroup viruses (CALV), eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV) and Powassan virus (POWV). It outlines the total number of human cases of WNV disease in 2010.
