ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the political condition in Kenya as of December 2008. Despite the political unrest in Kenya since 2008, the country is said to have maintained political stability as depicted in the re-emergence of multiparty democracy and the increase in the freedom of its citizens. In December 2002, Kenya held democratic and open elections which marked a significant point in the democratic evolution of the country.
