The article provides information on the healthcare market in the area of Roseville, Arcade, Arden and Sacramento in California. It says that Sutter Health has a multistructure project worth 724 million U.S. dollars in Sacramento, which will house services for children and women just across the street from Sutter General Hospital. According to the author, the project also includes a four-story outpatient building and a parking garage. The upgrades to Sutter General are also discussed.
