ABSTRACT
The article discusses the Cleveland, Ohio-based Neo Cando Web-based public access system. It was developed by Case Western Reserve's Center on Urban Poverty and Community Development, also referred to as the Poverty Center, and the Cleveland-based community development organization Neighborhood Progress (NPI). It provides a one-stop shop for property-related data in Northeast Ohio. The various services such as residential mobility, loan price averages, and even fertility rates, as well as the programs and applications the system offers are elaborated.
