ABSTRACT
The article provides details regarding how Visual Dialogues, a collaborative programme which involve young people interpreting art collections at Manchester Art Gallery in Manchester, England. Visual Dialogues project is funded by DCMS, a partnership with Tate and several regional art galleries. Young individuals aged 15-19 work with an artist and gallery personnel to select, display, and interpret two artworks from the host venue collection.
