ABSTRACT
The article focuses on corrupt practices being followed in the Soviet Union Navy wing. It mentions that Soviet Union's president Dimitry Medvedev has recently relieved senior officers who forced their subordinates to pay kickbacks for extra payments made to them as rewards for superior service. It argues whether an Internet website through which Navy personnel could report unfair practices regardless of their rank would be enough to maintain military discipline.
