ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs on U.S. credit unions in July 2011. A second quarter survey by Southwest Corporate Federal Credit Union (FCU) says that confidence among credit union chief executive officers (CEO) declined from last quarter. American Bankers Association (ABA) chief lobbyist Floyd Stoner is retiring. Department of Justice's settlement will give cardholders and merchants options when paying for services and products by keeping MasterCard and Visa from imposing anti-steering bylaws.
